Why do most international organizations fail. The reason most ICOs fail is because most developers / entrepreneurs are not concerned with the three pillars that make ICO:

I think one of the major reason why ICO is turning into scam is if they didn't reach their main goal or qouta for a month they will just overthrow and forget the project.

Well the most common reason why ICO project turning out into a scam is because maybe the project didn't reach the goal or the qouta. And with that investors wont get back and profit from their investment. So the team behind the project will run.

Some of the ICOs turned to be scam, because they relied upon popularity/fame of known currencies (like Bitcoin). Other ones failed as to provide solutions which were innovative and brought some development and progress.

As people did not need cryptocurrency with the same characteristics as many other ones, the trading volume had been dropping, miners started to abandon the blockchain of that crypto.

Yes, a lot of scammers divorced, and most ICO turned out to be a ksam right at the start. It would be very interesting for me to find a platform on which only promising ICO that will make money. And do not go into minus.

Well i don't think if anyone here trust the ICO and IEO projects. As almost all of these projects are fraud or get failed or in most cases its dumped by the owner so its not safe investment anymore.

Exactly true, the main reason why there are so many ICOs these days is because they know it's a good tool to scam people out of their money and the only thing they need for the start is just a fake team and a good whitepaper that is written by someone else and a huge hype to make investors think they have to invest in their ICO and after they collect enough money they just exit scam because they don't have any reason to stick around anymore.
