Anyone using fox bitcoin mixer?

Recommended Posts

Is there anyone who is using FoxMixer for mixing bitcoin? I have recently seen them on bitcointalk. How is there service?

If you are not using foxmixer than which one are you suing? Chipmixer?

Please share your opinion on the best coin mixer.

For a mixing company stealing your fund is very easy. Anyone can come up with this label of mixing coin company and then can rip you off.

For coin mixing I will suggest to go with very reputed and well known service. Of course ChipMixer is my choice.

Yeah, I know about Chipmixer, I just want to know about FoxMixer as well. I have checked their bitcointalk ANN and so far it's going fine everything. You know it's good to use different sites than sticking with one only. If anyone has experience with FoxMixer, I would like to hear.

The straight answer from me is : I have not used them yet so I can not give you any feedback. Hopefully someone else can give you some insight. Have you used it yet or considering to use hence looking for some feedback?

I'm looking for having experience from someone, considering using it in the future. ChipMixer is a good one though however, I liked FoxMixer ann thread and that's why I am thinking of trying it out.

Good one buddy, good luck.

By the way can you give me a link of the ANN of that FoxMixer? I have not spotted it yet in BitcoinTalk. I would love to see what we are talking about.

Here you go- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2221847.msg22429770#msg22429770

I have had a little chat with the admin, seems okay but I would like to hear some real feedback to be honest so that I don't get ripped.

Since October 1, 2017! That's very long time. Seriously, I have not spotted them until now. If they are good then they should consider some signature campaign for their service. Exposure matters to get business and a mixing company should have no problem with budget.

They are not that much serious about having much exposure but considering their long existence, I believe a signature campaign would help them a lot to get huge customers.

i think the way they promoting their service its focus on bitcointalk . i have seen several ads on bitcointalk about chip mixer and their sig campaign still active .

ChipMixer have a huge promotion of weekly 1.50 BTC+, a lot of people are wearing their signature, on the other hand, no one knows about FoxMixer although it is on the market since 2017.

As far as I know chipmixer is the only legit bitcoin mixing service left around. The others are either scams or do not provide any anonymity to you. This is the first time I heard about FoxMixer for example. If they were legit I would have heard them already.

Thanks for your feedback, most legit mixer services have been seized recently. I was also not aware about this at all until recent days. I discovered it from bitcointalk and seems like they are legit too but they don't want much exposure on this field, provably because of the seizing of other mixer.

Well if they are serious about their business then they need to promote otherwise there are no point to run a website. It in fact cost to run a website LOL

I've had used chip mixer without any problem, it is good. I don't know anything about other tumblers and many closed doors recently, don't want to test new services when old is good and running.

I am not using any website mixers as there are so many scams and fake mixers.

Much safer is to use wallets with integrated mixers.

I do wonder are there any mixers for ETH?

I never have seen any mixer for ETH. I don't think any of the tumblers offer it. However, if you want, you can convert your ETH into BTC and later use mixing service and again BTC into ETH. I think this way you can get out of the trace.

Yeah I know about that. I don't have anything to hide, but I was thinking about that idea.

If someone create this he can earn a lot of eth for fees as he will be the first one.

Image multi currency wallet that can mix BTC and ETH.... 🙂

I dont do anything ilegal to need to use that so it's just waste of money for mixing.

Are you really need such thing?

If so I would recommend you use some btc wallet with mixer integrated in it, for example Samourai has it

Does mixing service mean only for illegal doing? I don't want anyone trace me with finance. Think positive mate. It's never a bad thing to mix your coins. If you think so, Bitcoin itself will be illegal.

Never used any of the mixers, no reason so far.

But there is alternative to mixing. You can convert BTC to XMR and then back to BTC and send it to different address using different address.

That way you don't have to risk your BTC by sending it to mixer address.

Can you suggest one?

You can never know when mixer will close service or like what is going on lately, get seized by authorities, it would be shame if that happens whilst having funds there.

Sure I can suggest wallets I know.

Two of them are most popular Wasabi Wallet and Samourai wallet.

Please read the manual for both before using them.

I have heard of wasabi wallet capable of doing tumbling but it was long time ago and I forgot about which wallet it was. Thanks for this, I will look into both wallets.

They are always updating both software so keep up with updates,

and be sure to read the instructions before using any of them. I think wasabi has some limitations for addresses.

Hey, just found your thread on Google as I wanted to access FoxMixer. Just want to share my 2ct's on this topic.

I've been using FoxMixer for over 1 year now, also for pretty large amounts (imho).

There has been no issues at all. The reason I prefer to use FoxMixer is the mentioned fact that they're not that hugely advertising their service. I've realized a lot of well-advertised services getting busted due to the fact that authorities have a high interest in getting the data from them. And they've outlasted a lot of other "trendy" mixers. If you look at Chipmixer as an example, they recently had a huge DDoS attack (several times already).

Plus I always prefer to have multiple options.

By the "last-move" dates of the coins that you receive from FoxMixer you can also tell they're used quite a lot. And I've not noticed a lot of complaints after all on their thread, nor did I notice any downtime in this one year.

Btw, they're also part of the open source double-mixer project which I find quite decent, see https://github.com/teran-mckinney/doublemixer-python

If you've further questions just ask here or send me a PM.

I am curious to know what keyword you were looking at to find this topic?

I am asking because I tried with the keyword foxmixer and can not see anything in the first page from this forum which is reasonable of course. We are a very new community and we do not expect such high rank up in the search engine in this short time.
