you can do nothing if exchange stole your money.the better thing is stay away from that exchange which stole your funds..i face lots of trouble with some previous exchanges like cryptopia bitebtc etc..i lost 350$ in bitebtc and 900$ in cryptopia..but i cant do anything i feel helpless and hopeless..best thing you can do just safe your funds in your personal wallet and if you have lots of funds then i will suggest you the cold wallet

Its really hard to say or prove that an exchange have stolen from a client. Since there could be many factors that could cause the lose of btc from a wallet in the exchange. For example the account was hacked or the user have made a wrong trade or have violated some rules. We can only tell that the exchange really did steal when they suddenly close without returning our funds.

I am also really do not have idea what can we do and where can we complain the case to get such scamming exchange to get punished. I lost some assets during a exchange scam exit and tried to file the case to interpole but they refused to handle my crypto related cases.

I think it is because they have all our details. We trust these platforms. And register there we keep our coins in there. But still they get stolen many times. But i dont think if you can do anything in this.

Actually I don't Used new and scam exchange and I'm personally used most famous exchange like Binance and Kucoin they never scam with us because they earn from us as a fees and exchange never steal any funds but centralised exchange can hacked any so always store your funds in safe wallet.

So same questions is rotating in my head what can we do? Which authority cxan control them.We are seeing some European exchjange whiuchb are under the control of the governments. THey need KYC verifications for the every clients maybe they can be controlled by the certai rules.

I'm just annoyed with hackers, because hackers are everywhere and it takes advantage of loopholes to steal customers' money. exchange binance and yobit I'm using I believe they didn't steal my money, I'm careful and don't keep the money there, if any then just a little bit

You cannot do anything if your cryptocurrency is stolen because it is decentralized and nobody controls it. This is a drawback of crypto by losing and stealing currencies

Yes bro agree with you but I have no idea if any exchange stealing our coins, I think this type of problem I can't face previously so I have not answer this question, when this type issue happens we can't take any action, because this exchange works anonymous way so where we complaints against this type scam, so in my opinion invest in legit exchange is right solution.

When ever btc are manipulated this is happening only when exchanges allowed dumpers to dumped price and speculation are in high and this is the way exchanges earned from us trading fees and commissions.

You can't do anything about that exchange other than telling others your dad story and earn them to never use this exchange. This is the problem in crypto market that no one can do anything to hackers.

They only thing that i will in an exchange that has steal my money, its to leave it immediately and then i will report it to other members through forums like this one and in other places so that other investors or traders to not join it.
