Did you mean tracking the transactions form your wallet to another individual? You could track it by the use of etherscan all transactions can be trace weather it's too already a long time ago and also we can see all the tokens of any individual and it's quantity.

well in theory you may be ablo to track it and if you have several countries police officers looked at it but for just regular persons it is impossible to track any transaction addresss and find out where and who tkae the money

Every time I need to search for an ETH transaction I instantly think about Etherscan. It also allows us to simply search for tokens and it's my favourite block explorer for the Ethereum network.

Yes, I do confirm that. There are many sites that allow you to track the balance between the Ethereum wallets, but you cannot know what the location of these wallets is in the end.

as you said with those two sites we can track eth transactions and even check the balance of eth address and its shows all of erc20 tokens and its can be useful for tracking scammers. i perfer ether scan its easier to use.

Etherscan is the official site to track ethereum, there could be others but it is the best rated and most common. I have used it to track ether before and it reveals me some information I needed about the tracking.

I have been also using Etherscan for a long time the most impressive feature from this Block explorer is, it shows estimated confirmation time, incoming or pending transactions, wallet balance and tokens belongs to that address and transferred amounts as well.

To go to the wallet where you withdraw your ETH. 
Then go to transaction history. It give you it's correctly information.

Nowadays, etherscan also allows us to check gas fee so we can caculate how many gas should we use to process transaction.

I think etherscan was good option for tracking address especially if you so many token there but ethplorer was good too, It's have more detailed token than etherscan especially for token that not sended but using call methode on the contract.
