Buy or Sell Bitcoin with PayPal

Hello all,

This is my first post of cryptotalk to share some personal insight of buying or selling BTC for USD with PayPal.

First up, it is entirely possible though you do end up paying some hefty transaction fees or interest rates. Take the site xCoins for example (link: bit.ly/xCoins) who offer their buyers and sellers the option of interest from 10% to 30% on the spot when making/offering payments. The reason there is interest in my opinion in to pay the third party host (xCoins) and also because afterpay is an option with xCoins... Since afterpay does not charge until you go over your agreed payment date, they take basically nothing so xCoins take advantages of this no interest lend and applies their own interest which makes both the buyer and seller happy about the purchase.

This to me has been the best way I have found. Please comment below more PayPal to crypto options or vica versa.

You can do this transactions of buying and selling bitcoins through PayPal payment method by the following crypto exchanges platforms, localbitcoins and paxful but it is reccomended to user to do not use paypal for buying and selling bitcoins because it mentioned thats its not safe cause you can get scammed by your seller or buyer.

You can bitcoin with many payment methods not just PayPal, with credit cards, and other banks, there is paxful and localbitcoin, I suggest you to use localbitcoin.

i never heard about paypals api for instant payment. so you need to buy from p2p or from escrow survice. those are little risky. i would recommend to use perfectmoney for buying any crypto instantly.

Officially, Paypal DOES NOT allow their platform to be used to buy or sell cryptocurrencies. This policy may have been changed, but this was the fact 2 years ago. The reason Paypal DOES NOT allow to buy/sell cryptocurrencies, is because crypto transactions can't be reversed, but normally Paypal will take responsibility for reversing transaction. 

 

Because it would be very easy for someone to scam both the other person and Paypal (Paypal has to pay the reversed transaction), they do not allow. 

 

If someone offers to trade cryptocurrency for Paypal: 99% you will get scammed.

I do not like exchanges by means of a discounted PayPal There are a lot of currencies and good electronic banks such as Bank Payeer It offers a lot of solutions, including changing currencies Try it will lose nothing😂

Yes I have seen first hand what PayPal can do if they dont agree with your account activity (when dealing with crypto) they usually ban and/or hold your funds for 180 days which has happened to me with xcoins. They are a third party service who hold the bitcoin and funds. Users must submit ID so they cannot multi acc or scam without consequence. Basically xcons provides you with a "cover your ass" document if PayPal raises any issues. Though they need to start dealing with these transactions as crypto becomes more popular. All it is to me is  a safe way to earn interest using bitcoin and paypal which I want to do more of but cant :/

Sadly I got scammed trying to sell some bitcoins, I needed money on my paypal account to buy some randon s*** on amazon and oh well... this guy from God knows where, with good rep on localbitcoin scammed me and I never got my btc back. Paypal for me is like, 50% chance I'm going to be scammed.

In terms of value, paypal is similar to USD or PM, but for exchanging paypal is more dangerous because paypal's privacy policy is very strict, you should be careful when the transaction is not fooled.

I don't know any exchanges that support paypal, but someone told me that you can buy or sell bitcoin with paypal in localbitcoin exchange. It would be nice if all exchanges accept paypal their payment method.

thanks my friend , but pay pal will take high fees on every sell or buy process , so try to avoid it as much as you can 
also may be they block the exchange at any time without any reasons 
so you can use the normal ways like buying from trusted people and give them fiat money

Yes we do crypto currency transaction through PayPal localbitcoin and paxful this exchanger gives the opportunity to buy are sell our crypto currency in paypal, but I don't recommends to you don't do because so many members do in this exchange and earn some passive income through pay pal because this is legit exchange.

Your approach maybe towards the good things but I really do not trust such sites blindly. I need to analyze so many things `before using such sites to buy BTC by using PayPal balance. There is already a reputed site named PaxFul which allow you to buy BTC by using Skrill balance.

I have never exchanged Paypal for Bitcoin and have not thought about it because I do not need it and I am selling my Bitcoin for dollars on Payeer

The fees for buying and selling bitcoin with PayPal are pretty huge in my opinion and besides that there is a higher risk of getting scammed. Better avoid this kind of exchange

But it is also possible to buy bitcoins with a Bank card. The operation may not be as fast, but if the exchange has a method of depositing this method.

The first thing is to try to check if paypal is used in your country because paypal is not allowed to use in all countries. My advice is to use localbitcoin for help.

I think there are many website where you can sell or buy Bitcoin, some of them Paxful and Localbitcion, but be attentive and careful to use Ebay to sell your Bitcoin  or other cryptocurrency, peer to peer using PayPal is not a good idea!

Using PayPal to buy or sell bitcoin is not profitable, I am not satisfied with the commission. I use bestchange to buy and sell at a favorable rate, without intermediaries such as PayPal. Although it is completely possible that PayPal is not convenient for me because it is not widespread in the former CIS countries.

Localbitcoins is the best for buy and selling site that is very secure and it has large number of users and large number of payments methods. You can find the review of this site through youtube videos and through trustpoint site and you may love it.

There are sites that offer Bitcoin purchase services against PayPal balance or vice versa, but caution must be exercised and verify the credibility of the exchanger first before trying it out.

Well actually there are many methods or ways of buying and selling bitcoin, you can actually buy bitcoin in an exchange, or even buy using credit cards , well I don't know if buying bitcoin with PayPal is good enough because I haven't done it before.

I have never use this website to buy or sell with paypla,all the time i use the localbitcoin or paxful the fee is low and you buy with a high price than exchange i dont know about this one  ,it's normal .But i will check that one i see

I do not advise you to exchange your cryptocurrency to Paypal, but in case you want that you should know that the fees will cause you a great loss because you must send your currencies to Payeer and then exchange them and send them to Paypal and this is the only way I know
