We should not store if we have big amount of cryptos in exchanges. This is will happen the excuses of the owner.

I think that's a bad news for the exchanger users. Because they lose their fund. Crypto are decentralized system. We cann't access or restore our wallet without private key. Again we lose 33 bitcoin from the market.

LoL that's hilarious, how can an exchange founder and all his team lose the access to their cold wallet?

i didn't think that a thing like this was really possible, probably this is just an excuse to run away with their customers money

Key loss is a very common occurrence, I myself lost the keys to 2 accounts, but on which there were about $ 100. People will always lose the keys to their wallets.
