This is achieved through a carefully designed and recorded step-by-step action plan. The most profitable traders clearly know what they are looking for and follow each item on their plan. Their preparation for the trade begins long before the market opens - meticulous planning and unconditional fidelity to their plan help them avoid meeting the biggest demons of each trader - excessive trading and trading out of revenge.

It's like when you find a sign that says "No smoking". When you see it, don't smoke because you'll be punished if you do.

Research is one way. If you do your research properly and look at all the factors that are likely to influence price over a certain period of time, you can be confident about your decisions. It's important that your trading is based on logical, mathematical calculations rather than what you "think" or "feel" is going to happen.

I agree with you that adequate research goes a long way to ensuring we trade rightly but I don't get it from your view how this helps to keep our emotions in check.

Exclude your emotions because it will lead you to your own destruction. If the price is low, be patient enough to wait for its price to price up. In that way, you will not lose your money because you didn’t sell it for a lower price.

It comes down to discipline. In the past, I've found that changing my mind always results in loss. I start out with a plan, and then I see something and then change my mind. Once you have made up your mind, you need to stick to it and ignore your feelings.

Emotions greatly affect trading. If you are not in a good mood then don't trade. You will experience a loss. You need to be calm when trading. Do not be greedy

You're absolutely right, emotions can also play not only when you're not in a good mode but also when you're in a very good mode, excitement can also trigger failure in trading.

We have to make decisions that are not clouded by emotions. Making decisions such as in trading is important but if you take your being "emotional" person, at some point, it will affect the ability of that person to think properly.

Emotional control, such as fear and greed is a human nature that we must overcome when trading crypto.  Fear Control, Think first of the risks that will be obtained. Don't trade if you are afraid of loss. Gredd Control , You have to know when to sell, because changes in the crypto price are so fast, do not wait until the price of crypto goes up again usually the situation actually turns the price down. Set on an initial plan and make rational decisions.

True, and one of the ways we think properly in trading is that you should not look at your profit and loss while you are trading because this can cause an emotional imbalance within you.

How do you achieve ignoring your emotions, do you do it by killing the desire to trade rightly or killing the desire to profit, there has to be a kill switch to this guy called emotions.
