Hi everybody, Anyone know any exchange that Support skrill/ Neteller/ Perfect Money? And also how much fee to withdraw and is require KYC for withdraw?  If anyone know kindly share

Yes I do, there is a wonderful site which has an app for android phones too, you should try paxful, he has more than 300 payment options, including neteller and skill, visit it and tell me what do you think about that

i dont know any exchange who supports skrill. but payer,perfectmoney is supported by btcapha,yobbit. and i think skrill dont have api system so payment will be manual and that is unsafe to me.

Spectrocoin but you need to verify your account

Bitpanda you need to verify your account but not like send your id or a selfi not like that bitpanda use third website service to verify you account you need to chat video with a person directly with application in your phone and show them your passport and take a selfi  and answer some questions

Nice so i need to use that because i don,t have any idea that any exchange will support the Nettler and also the skrill dollar will except. In crypto market we need to see the exchange which is trusted and good exchange because now this time so many exchanges which are working with fake coins and they just make for scam.

You can use yobit exchange and withdraw your USD or RUR Russian ruble to Payeer directly from the exchange with low fees 

Payeer is payment system like Skrill Nettler and it support Crypto too it's easy and fast

It's rarely an exchange that are support skrill, neteller and perfectmoney. I remember that I use crex24 to deposit my money from perfectmoney, it was last year ago. Try to check their exchange if it still there.

Paxful would be good but the problem is that they are soon in January going to KYC so it is not great if you care about not having KYC. They were forced by regulators to move to KYC so there is nothing you can do. In the future you can use lower limit things like free binance account.

Paxful is an exchange then i can try it because it will support the skrill and also nettler and i hope this exchange is a real exchange because now this time so many fake exchanges are working and they just make the money not they are doing a business. Crypto is a good market in the world and its a great business.

You can try spectrocoin mate for buying with skrill and netteler and also you can check on localbitcoins to get bitcoin with your people from your country and maybe better rate that i mentioned above, Good luck mate!

paxful will support the skrill and also netller that is the good exchange. There are so many exchanges in the market but i love to use the yobit because its withdraw is fast and also deposit is fast and the yobit exchange have so many coins through this we can make good money because these low value coins are good than the high value coins.

This is quite difficult to get if you are talking about crypto exchanges, the funnels are just quite really not straight forward like that. This kind of payment systems are common in forex. Maybe in the near future, if there is a need for that, it would be done.

Regarding the platforms, there are not many platforms because the majority of them only support withdrawing with Bitcoin and digital currencies, but if you want to withdraw to a bank card or Perfect Money Bank, there is an option of Yobit, they allow this.

Skrill and Neteller are usually supported on various exchange sites.  I have seen Skrill and Netellar support on a trading site, and that trading site is an IQ option.  I have also worked on this trading site and have to exchange currency between Neteller and Skrill.  There are various Exchange sites that support these mediums.
