This is a very good thinking. But maybe to avoid these kinds of problems one user can convert his coins into money always. This will maybe give the other people less stress. So this is very important for a user to convert his money as soon as possible. Because if one dies then no way to recover passwords. So that is bad for a family.

I often wonder to think the same what would happen to the assets for the coin wonder once he died without sharing the information about his wallet. I think most of the bigger  investors do not share the wallet private key with the anyone else.

Some people will forget to include their private keys and seed phrases in their wills and after they die, their coins will be lost in the network without being accessed by anyone. This is one of the reasons, a huge amount of bitcoins are lost each year. For this kind of people, holding bitcoin in paper wallets is better than online wallets because after their deaths, their families or relatives can easily access their keys to spend the coins. The other solution is to write private keys on a piece of paper, put in a locked box and use safekeeping services of the nearest bank in your area to keep it for you.

You can give your personal details to some people that are very close to you, so that when you are not alive, there will be someone that will make use of it in a right way
