Thoughts on Irbis Network

Lately I have been watching a lot of words about Irbis Netwrok IEO here and there. They planned to develop a platform for telecom, VoIP, messengers etc. I have been recommended by one of my mate from bitcointalk. He was asking to have a look. I had read some of the details and so far it looks great since it's an IEO. What do you think? Is there something similar project exist already?

I have been recommended by one of my friends from bitcointalk to join the telkom sc that opened the blockchain for the irbis.sc telkom network and took IEO to attract investors

My thought is negative for Irbis network because Irbis network concept and planned is to create Telecom and massaging app platform but these technology already existing and these platform not working properly in Crypto world.

Hello my dear friend. Well i dont have much information about the ICO projects. I have just heard in cryptoworld that most of the ICO projects are scams and time waste if you are investing your capital. You are going to lose.

My design is pessimistic for the Irbis complex for the reason that Irbis interact perception and deliberate is to build Telecom and massaging app platform but this technology by now open and these platforms not functioning by the book in the Crypto world.

This irbis network I don't really have knowledge about it but I believe it should be a nice and great platform where people may invest since is known for long or globally. But it is not necessary that it will be of good for people to invest. But I believe it should be good and have a good value as well.
