Buying wrong or bad luck?

Recommended Posts

Guys, in this post I want to share my trading experience and at the same time to know from you a sincere opinion, ok, no frills come on. I started with cryptocurrencies about two years ago, and I'll tell you, I wasn't a very lucky person, or maybe I didn't have the proper experience, because every time I would trade an altcoin or even BTC, The following happened, I bought thinking that the price was good, thinking it was low, yes it was even low, but it is not that whenever I invented to buy instead of raising prices fall more! Yes, there I thought, but my thing, the price is falling, so I sold shortly after fear of losing too much, right, but when I sold is not that the price increased more, then I was pistol. A long time I was indignant and wondered: I don't want to know about this cryptocurrency business anymore, trading, this is not for me, I'm very "unlucky". But then I would stop trading for a while, not that prices would skyrocket, and guess I had not bought anything, so I would not participate in this bull rum. In the end, I would like to know from you if anyone has been through this one day, and if we can consider it "bad luck" or just lack of experience ?! Today I can say that I can assimilate when it is my time to buy and when it is my time to sell, because I already have more experience. Well, I hope you share your experiences or inexperience in negotiations. Hugs to all.

Unlucky, I think I am unlucky with investing and trading ICO or coin. I always think that I would not hesitate to buy before but I always ended up buying shitcoins. However, I tried to fight my greediness. And I turned out from being doubtful of coins and ICO that surrounds me. Right now, before I bought crypto I look if there is a suspicious activities made by developers. And I always chit chat to their telegram so that I can raise questions from them.

Yes, this is a good way to get to know the project well before investing in it, and thus perhaps minimize a future loss or perhaps maximize a possible profit. Always good to know where we are investing our sweaty money !!

We can say easly, buy in high and sell in low, but that's not easy anymore, we dont know where is high and where is low, price move everyday, and we just do analyze. well, actally I will trade buy and sell in random order, because I only believe and expect on market that mean is I'm not really doin analysis market move. maybe 60%analysis and 40%instinct, when enter to market, I have HARD rules, no lose more than 20%.

Things like this are experienced by many people who invest in the cryptocurrency market. We sometimes think a good coin as an investment tool turns out that prices continue to fall or the developer team is no longer active in the project and I think this is a combination of disadvantage and poor analysis

As I have 3 years experience in this market I'll tell you to not buy bitcoin or go all in until you see everyone being super bearish and saying its going back to 2k but if you see people aiming for the moon you should not buy.

yes, I have as a rule today, not losing more than 20%, we can not risk losing that little we have already earned. But it is difficult to predict this market, it oscillates a lot, we have to use a little of each: analysis and instinct.

Thanks a lot for sharing your trade experiences to us and i am sure we can be learning a thing or two from you. Now, one thing for sure is that experience can be our best teacher. When you started you really lack the experience to determine the ins and outs of the market, you were a newbie then. As time goes on, that lack of knowledge faded and you learned a lot from them. So you started with lack of knowledge and now that you learned you are now a better trader. Luck can play some role but most of the time it has something to do with experience and correct knowledge.

Indeed, experience is very important even in this cryptocurrency market. Today I see how inexperienced I was, and maybe that's why I thought I had bad luck. But over the years, this bad luck is passing, all the matter of experience even my friend. thanks 👍

If the price goes down - DON'T SELL! It's that simple. Buy some other coins and trade with them while you wait for the price of the first one to recover. The price WILL recover. Sometimes it take a few months - but it will recover.

That you buy without market analysis
This was a big mistake I made, so when I was buying it was coming down more because the market was in a downfall

indeed we must have rules and apply them in a disciplined manner, because if losses are not someone else's responsibility, but ourselves, so everything depends on our discipline with the rules.

It's good to buy wrong than bad lucky because if you prove your self that you buy wrong it means you know how to do after.

But in bad lucky it means everything you are doing is just like gambling.

Luck plays no role in trading. It's your call and bad judgement that makes you think you are unlucky.

You need to understand that even the best trader can predict the price movement. That being said, you need to spread your buy and/or sell order. Spreading your trade will help you minimize your losses and maximize your profits.

The biggest mistake you might make is buying or selling randomly and without analysis
And study the market chart

Yes certainly it is impossible to make a mistake like this
By a professional in trading
The majority of those who do so are inexperienced beginners

I think everyone should find the best time to buy and sell. Sometimes selling your coins could be bad idea.Imagine that You had bought one BTC for 9k and You sold it for 7k...i am sure you will buy it again even it hits 15k USD.So do a good trade or just hold it

Sometimes it is just buying wrong, bad luck don't really work on the crypto currencies markets, if you make a good choice you will make good money, if you don't you will lose plenty money.

Doing so is a suicide and a loss of money as quickly as I don't think anyone wants to lose their money

Surely that is suicide and this is only done by a novice who knows nothing about the matter and wants to make money quickly and is not qualified yet and thinks that it is easy

I believe that wrong buying more accurately illustrates lost profits in trading than bad luck.  If in gambling, I believe in luck, but in trading, I believe that technique and analysis are very important to make profit in trading.

It's not bad luck, is lack of knowledge about the markets. I think we all had some kind of loss when we started trading, because no one starts with vast knowledge of this. To learn it is necessary to make some mistakes first.
