yes while trading you need to leave away your emotions and trade with strict rules that you made before starting the trade. this is the only to not panic and do bad things while in panic, for example like selling or buying just because of the FOMO

Yes true the emotions can make you lose all your money for a moment . You have to educate yourself first. Learn the basic of trading and do strategy to work with it . And try this strategy in demo account first.

we need to don't done our trades with emotions because some times we lost very own investment due emotional trade. If we miss one opportunity then don't worry next time we have another chance of it.

I like you post, day trading can increase extra emotions, the best is to wait for the next pump so that your prescription will be more accurate and productive. Some like to tease daily and this can results to someone to be losing.

Emotions comes naturally to us, it's very hard to keep them away but we can avoid our emotions by some strategies like stop trading after three consecutive profit or losses, by don't looking at our profit or loss during trading or by finding out the  least volatile hour of trading session.
