Is Facebook's Libra dead? The future of the project

During the second quarter of this year (2019), the crypto world witnessed a positive patronage which led to a big gain in the value of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies - all thanks to the announcement of an upcoming launch of digital coin by Facebook. But. it was not just the announcement that attracted the positive vibe but the reputation of business giants that joined the consortium - Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, eBay, Stripe and others. However, I read recently that those organisations have all dropped their support for the project and I'm worried and feel that the action will affect the launch of the crypto coin negatively, which indirectly may impact the blockchain and cryptocurrency economy in a bad way. I wonder if you are thinking like me or you have a different opinion. Please share what you think will happen to Libra. Do you think Facebook will still go ahead to launch it?

maybe they are disappointed because LIBRA is a stable coin, Facebook is a big industry and Libra has the opportunity to rank first in crypto if not a stable coin. have you ever read "LIBRA the next bitcoin" ?, That's a very good prank LoL

Yes, I read that article
But I still prefer bitcoin and I am not convinced by libra
I think she will not outperform Bitcoin no matter how strong her project is

THe project LIBRA is not yet dead as 22 out of 29 are still in the project ! but if there is a case i hope that they will all back out of the project and leave cryptocurrency! This will be better than having their LIBRA! 

I am not closing the door with Zuckerberg but please change the purpose of being in cryptocurrency!

I think Libra is only a horoscope for now, and it seems like virgo, Leo coins and so on if this project continues.LOL

Libra coin is not dead, and Zuck with Facebook will push this thing more.
He is aware how much power and wealth he can gain if all people start to use his fantasy tracking coin.

I somewhat share your view considering the enormous resources available to the Facebook boss and the unending desire of the wealthy to get even wealthier. I think he is likely gonna push the project forward as you rightly stated.

thats true, stable coins means we can't take advantage of the price difference, many traders are disappointed about this and of course LIBRA will not be as good as USDT if you want to compete in stable coins

You are one of the wise crypto enthusiast here, were I do agreed that none of us here done want Libra to be stay here in crypto space. Yes, it will be like other coins rise here and became noisy only in  the beginning but in the became silent due to its dead now, lol

Hahahah, you are absolutely correct man! even other business company don't want it because they know it won't give any help to give benefits to their business as well, that's why as much as earlier they showed no interest already into Libra coin.

I also think about that too, majority of the traders in crypto or bitcoin are not much focusing on this coin. They're just make a noise in a social media's and here also to give some awareness to other community here, but of course most of us here won't support it.

All I know is that the Libra project is facing a lot of challenges from the world leading countries. But I still believe facebook will scale through, because Mark is one guy that knows business and he always try his best to negotiate his way out, no matter the circumstance.

Not really dead, Even some big companies like paypal leaving libra but they are still backed up big companies that is facebook and also i think some companies there just waiting regulator decision from next hearing, For now just wait and let see what will happen.
