Amazon accepts Bitcoin

This good relationship between Amazon and Bitcoin did not last. A bad thing happened this year. Amazon and Bitcoin separated again and removed the Bitcoin logo from the shared Amazon cards. There is a topic here in the forum that talks about this disconnect.

actually i also had about thus and agreed that it actually is a wellcomed development, but later finding out that this service was actually from a third party plug in for your browser to exchange bitcoin for money when making the purchase online which i really wouldn't trust 😏

The most recent news I know amazon has accepted bitcoin. I just heard this news and I haven't tried it yet, I don't have the need to buy things right now. In the past, there were many opinions that wanted Amazon to accept ripple. But Amazon accepts cryptocurrency as well, no matter what currency it is. But obviously bitcoin is a good choice.

I heard about this news too, but i think its not direct payments but its a third party. Its not bad because we can still purchase products from amazon with bitcoins even if they use a third party to receive the payments.

Bro i think you read title only. It's only a browser extension that you install to your browser and while doing shopping in the Amazon you pays them with btc through lighting network and they complete the transaction with Amazon.

It is perfect news and l'm glad to hear such news, that is why Amazon is really huge company and if the company has decided to accept BTC as payment. Maybe it can be reason of changing mining of other companies, people.

This is true. Because purchasing with the cryptocurrencies is an amazing task. Many platforms are accepting the cryptocurrencies as their way of purchases. And amazon has done a great job. Because through this process it will be much more effective to recognise the cryptocurrencies to the people. As of now and the time of this post, Amazon doesn't accept bitcoin. You can use a third party payment processor like PayPal to convert your cryptocurrency to Amazon gift card. So basically it goes like; you buy convert your bitcoin to PayPal money and buy a gift card with that and use it on Amazon, I see it as a long process though.

This is a great information you just brought to the forum mate but I don't know if that news is true or not and it will be nice to see such big company accept Cryptocurrency as a medium of exchange because transactions will be fast and easier.

I also hear that their is some seller on Amazon who accept bitcoin as a payment option if we order project from them . 

this is good to see that their is shipping platform also who accept bitcoin as a payment option .

There are payment methods that allow to buy from Amazon but not directly with Bitcoin. Purse.io, Bitrefill and Foldapp are some of them. I haven't used them and do not know if the fees are too high though. These are workarounds though and not directly buying with Bitcoin.
