It's not a duty of old and experience members to create topics we all should make topic it's not very difficult or not something we don't do .

At first i also think that making topic is very difficult but now i get some experience that making a topic it's not very difficult and also it's give us benefit because we will get good reputation with one topic.

Start your work from beginners section. Because this section contains useful information for the newbies. Create 20 posts daily.  Your posts should have some useful knowledge. You can also increase your knowledge by reading senior members topics and posts.

Another way to read those topics is by visiting the leaderboard and you will saw all the interesting posts and i believe you will find some which you never read them.

You are right as beginner their are many good posts in cryptotalk where you can get good information about cryptocurrency field . You can make your own topics . And in some time the payment will be start again you can earn while learning .
