I do not advise you to transfer using Ethereum, if you do not use my eth wallet and want to transfer within platforms such as yobit and binance , I advise you to use the currencies mentioned in the topic

For me the best coins are LTC, its very fast and fees are very cheap, some times i use ethereum too but i dont suggest this coin cause at this moment the gas its very expensive but i feel its a very safe transaction, i can suggest Nimiq, the last couple months ive been working with this currency and must say its very fast, some transactions takes 5 min to 10 min max.
