@Ridam without any doubt you are right my friend... But you can see most of the member dont care this opportunity that given to them.. They only look for  earning money from here Which lead them got warning or banned soon so we must be careful about it.. As this forum helpful to us then we also must help this forum in different ways by following the rule..

Yes the forum is way helpful for everyone working here. The payment is good here, senior members are supportive but some bad minded newbies come here just for spamming and they headed to warning Points or bannned. As a result they miss the great opportunity of the forum because of their ignorance and no proper mindset as @Guru2050 said in topic.

I didn't have a plan but maybe we have to make one and be very good at keeping it, as we can have a lot of opportunities we are missing without a plan, so I am going to look more into this and as a beginner I'm hope I am not very late as you explained. Thanks for this advice mate.
