Yes mate you are right, a good or quality topic or post won't be ignored by the members of the forum without giving good reputation to that topic or post, creating good contents here make you get good reputation and I don't see why we should beg for reputation if our posts are not well constructed.

I can offer an alternative to your suggestion. The forum's algorithms are designed to exclude any automation. Therefore, if you give the same person a rating ( whether positive or negative), then such an account ( which puts a rating) will be blocked by algorithms.

Yeah I have seen such cases but I think administration should take into consideration as it's harmful for the forum. Actually new cryptotalk compaign promise a reward for giving reputation so people are misusing it so I think that's not good as people put some effort to create helpful content

I think we soppose to rate post according to what it's deserve not any how and any member that continue to rate post any how if any of the moderator caught him/her he will be restricted from posting for some days or he will be totally banned from this forum for cheat rating of post. Absolutely, any post which is strong, a lot of people comment on what it is, now it is definitively that some comments which are not so useful and some of the comments of some people are very creative and useful.  Therefore, while giving them even ratings, it should be taken into consideration that people whose comments are good should be given positive ratings only, they should not be given negative  rating.

If there is a problem that anyone is giving your negative reputation all the time then you should report it to the moderator and I think that moderators will take its notice and try to block the account who is scamming you.
