Wallet Privacy

No online wallet can give you that degree of Privacy since they should deal with your exchanges. Presumably, the most private would be blockchain.com on the grounds that they don't have the foggiest idea about the keys and you don't need to give them with distinguishing data.

Agreed. using online wallets is carrying risks everytime. It can be hacked, stolen. I think we all should use paper wallets or hardware wallets. These are only safe way.

if we need scure wallet, hardware wallet is best choice. online wallet is very risky in its use, sometimes we connect our account to exchange which means that exchange can take over our wallet account.

Our information and privacy being disclose to agencies and spywares. Do no trust that wallets will safe your ID and docs of verifications. Every month the record send to relevant agencies and these information kept private. In this modern world the privacy is the most important thing the real human. So try to keep your information secure as secure to be possible. Use extra layers of security to stay anonymous. For wallets use only block chain because this is fair but it does not mean that it not give infor to spywares. It just old and trusted chain thats why.

Google authentication is the most popular authentication. Any one can use it for their privacy purpose. I personally use it and I think it is safe to use.

Privacy and Document of verification is being seems very common thing in these age of crypto. Where our privacy is the most important thing and we don't know that our security and privacy is being compromised every day. Wallet owners send the report to financial force department to provide information about crypto user. Which result is that i got 3 times email and last email just yesterday from FATA to stop use of crypto and declare my asses. So i though which i used and got that thats the wirex i used recently so now i gave up from this and Yobit and paper wallet is good option for me. Because crypto mean decentralization and it is not same at all 😞 .

I don't know why some suckers still trust any online wallet....
Maybe they are waiting to see next big hack and leak to move to next best online wallet. 🙄

Private wallets are something like wassabi wallet and samourai wallet, but you can also use Electrum that is much better than any other online 'safu' wallet

This is very wrong, you know it's an web wallet which is very risky when it's about storing fund. Web wallet can be compromised anytime although blockchain is a bit safe. I wouldn't recommend using any web wallet for holding more than you can afford to lose.

It's better if you use Electrum or hardware wallet or if possible the bitcoin core wallet. Electrum is available at mobile version too. You only need to hold the seed key offline. That's the only thing you need to access your fund.

But in bitcoin core wallet you need first full nodes to be download and then only you can utilize the wallet.

It can also be minimized in a faster way but that's a big problem provided that it's not good to depend on anyone else other than yourself.

You can have the downloaded blockchain which will boost your synchronizing process at least 10x times. If you have your trusted friend who using bitcoin core, you can take the blockchain index file and later put it in your appdata file. It will boost up your sync process. But trusting on others are very risky as they may corrupt the index file which may harm you and your wallet.

absolutely, the online wallet in my opinion is very simple and do not have to bother sync block. but we don't know when hacking will occur in our online wallet.

web wallets are not recommended. there are a lot of discussion on this before you posted. It would be better if you checked those. You can use HD wallet (Ex- Electrum) for avoiding any kind of sync issue. Electrum has their server already synced with the blocks. You can connect with any of their server and you don't require anymore to have downloaded the whole blockchain.

Or, you can follow the other method I have shared here-

After bittrex incident i do not use any online service to store my coins.Except Yobit exchange.I belive my coins are save here. Now my friend auggest me to use hardware wallet or an iPhone wallet is better than any online wallet because you own the private key. With any online service, they own the private key and can prevent you from accessing the coins anytime they like.So if you plan on storing long term, then a properly made paper wallet is the most secure wallet.

Online wallets need to be more safe.Hackers know how to reach out your wallet if it is not properly secured.Though it is so risky because we can't keep it so private because we have to deal it with exchanges but still we can enable the 2fa or the 2 factor authentication.

Since online wallets are subject to hacking at various times, everyone should use security and be vigilant so it is possible for the hacker to survive and for that we use google authentication mobail apps and recommend everyone to use it then you will be safe haker. It is important to be careful of this and yourself

I also think this way. I used a Google Authenticator for my binance a year ago and lost my phone while travelling. I had to send my ID to them to get my account and coins back

This happened with me same on BTC alpha as I too lost my phone for Google Authenticator, but I got the SIM back. They removed Google Authentication from their site and used email code for verification. I have to provide my ID card for getting back account, but I didn't.

I agree with this because there is no safe place for something like wallet here in the internet. Your wallet can be hacked anytime. You dont know how much hackers have improved their ability to hack and take all your assets and money.

I agree with every word you say, but it seems to me that there are still those exchanges that care about security and in which case they will be able to prevent the attack of hackers. But if you are so much afraid for your money, it is better to use a crypto-flash, because hackers can not hack your wallets in any way.

Since online wallets always try to increase their security. But these wallet users are likely to be hacked or stolen. If you are aware then this is not possible. So we all need to be aware of the use of online wallets ...

True. Its essential to protect your privacy while using a crypto wallet. For this, You should always use a new Bitcoin address each time you receive a new payment. Additionally, you can use multiple wallets for different purposes. Doing so allows you to isolate each of your transactions for the safety purpose.
