Do you use one or more Bitcoin addresses?

Is it that easy to track the user's identity with only 1 address wallet? I only have 1 bitcoin address in each wallet that I register. I think, whether or not your account is safe depends on how you manage your account and the security of the platform. It has nothing to do with having multiple addresses

I use more than one bitcoin address to split multiple bitcoins so that they do not collect in one address. The reason I split it is to anticipate my wallet being burglarized by hackers. If I save it in one address, then everything will disappear if a hacker attack occurs.

I think having more than one bitcoin addresses is safer than having just one so you won't get tracked easily. All your money will be safe.

I use an address as Bitcoin wallet which is Coinbase. According to me, Coinbase is a good place to store other coins, including Bitcoin. The security of this is very good. However, your advice is very helpful so I will try to follow it. I will use separate address for bitcoin

As a bounty hunter, having a few bitcoin addresses will make them banned from the campaign or can be banned from the forum because they are considered cheating. But I have several addresses because this is indeed needed and not for cheating

I use Trezor wallet which can make up to 20 bitcoin addresses, so I don't need to make more.  and for the level of security it is also definitely safer than online bitcoin addresses.

For me i have one address on bitcoin because i don't know you can use multiple addresses to your bitcoin. But now i know thanks for your post, now i will do 2-3 addresses on my bitcoin.

Yes, I use 3 different addresses with their respective uses, the first address I use to receive payments from campaigns, giveaway, etc, the second address I use to store profit from trading and the third address I use as a combination of the two addresses.

Mainly I use 2 wallet to store my btc. I am not interested more than three because when I have several wallet then I need to store all the private keys which may be complicated to anyone. so I prefer 2 or 3 wallet for storing btc.

Usually, I am using coinbase wallet to store my bitcoin but when I do transition then I always changed the address of bitcoin which helps me to protect the funds from being a hack.

To protect privacy yes. Safe no. It will take more than one method to keep your fund safe.

Yes 3 BTC wallet is enough to create a billions address.

For main address i prefer using same address, but sometimes i will change it to new address because some reason.

For daily transaction, my wallet is always changing deposit address everyday, so i must use new address every transaction for receive payment from someone.

So from that wallet i move it to my main address. But if i have big trust to someone or exchanges, i put my main address to receive Bitcoin. Take safety first, we don't know if hacker can hack wallet in the future.

I always use a different address where possible. The only problem is its easier to make mistakes. I always check the address before I send. And even send test payments sometimes. So using one wallet add has its risks and its rewards. It a noyes me when exchanges only give you one and never refresh.

Everyone should use more than one bitcoin address. Some online wallet service providers do this automatically for you. I use Blockchain wallet for my transactions. Whenever I receive bitcoin from any one, Blockchain gives me a new wallet address for my next transaction. This is a great safety feature because if someone tracks your addresses, he will see nothing more than one transaction per address and he can't see your transaction records. You can still use your old addresses to receive bitcoin but it is risky and not recommended. I don't know if other online wallets do the same thing for their users but even if they don't, you should always obtain a new address after some transactions. If you want to protect your privacy and avoid getting hacked, don't let all your transactions to pile up in one address.

You are great. By turning it into FIAT, you can secure your asset. But this means you are not investing or trading. In other words, you don't buy tickets to the moon. Do you feel comfortable with what you have?

This is a safe step. By doing a test, you can avoid significant losses if there are technical errors. Generally, we do this at a new address. Don't forget to check the minimum deposit or withdrawal.

I always generate new bitcoin addresses if they are already used, because to avoid to be tracked by hackers that how much I own in my wallets.

You should know that using only one address makes you much more easily tracked by anyone,
so best way is to always generate new address when receiving Bitcoin.
This is something everyone can do very easy, and makes you much more private when using Bitcoin.

Yah sure we are recommended to generate new addresses once we already used them in order to stay away from tracking our btc balances from hackers also normal users.

Yes, you are right and generating new bitcoin addresses is very good for us and yes in this way we can prevent ourselves form hackers.

Besides I use different Bitcoin addresses, different from different wallets. Blockchain wallet also always recommends changing the Bitcoin address after making a transaction. It's possible to avoid hackers or avoid taxes, I don't know.
