Coingecko or Coinmarketcap

Hello everyone.

 

Coingechko and Coinmarketcap are the best way to know about all crypto currency's price and their exchanges also other so many important things about crypto.I think most of us atleast use one of these or both.

 

So i want to know which is your favorite one and why it is your favorite?

 

Like my favorite is coingecko.Because i think both the number of total crypto currency and crypto exchanges existed in coingecko is more than coinmarketcap and so i can know about many coins and exchanges from coingecko,which i can't find in coinmarketcap.

But i don't have any intention to influence you guys.Tell us which is your favorite and why.

Before I used exclusively coinmarketcap but lately I looked at coingecko and I saw that it has many new interesting features such as earn and all time high so I started to use it and I find myself very well both are still very good...

they are honestly both pretty good in their own regards, but i personally prefer CoinMarketCap because i started on it before finding CoinGecko

Both exchanges are good and have a good reputation, but Coingecko is much easier and coordinated in displaying the market value of each currency, stages of price change through all boilers, charts of most currencies, and expectations of the most important experts

I actually  like the coinmarketcap than coingecko. The exchange is quite legitimate to work with. Personally i have been working qith the coinmarket cap for a long time. And i know how all the works actually  done in that exchange. The ranking that the exchange provides is actually 100 percent  legit and also quite trustworthy trading is completed there. So i hope that one day we will all vote for it too.

Yes I think that you are right and I think that they are both great also in their different respective fields in cryptocurrencies and every other sites have a unique feature that make people wanting to use both of the said sites and I hope that they will be more greater

I prefer coingecko on coinmarketcap and I mentioned this many times before, I see there are many good differences and features in coingecko that make me prefer it, in addition to all these features I have found many coins and scam exchanges listed on coinmarketcap.

both website is really good and having good reputation in market  , mostly time I visit coingecko as compared to coinmarketcap because I think there is good feature in coingecko as compared to coinmarketcap , there isn't any ad like on coinmarketcap .

As you above mentioned both of them are really helpful for making any research about coins. But if l should choose one of them, it would definitely be Coingecko, maybe cause of the same reason.

I love both of them. Recently, Coin Market Cap is owned by Binance and we have been noticing some improved ranking strategies on Coin Market Cap. On other hand, Coingecko is also offering the most authentic and best possible information.

I really like to use CoinGecko, as it was the first price tracker I started to use, but one downside of both of the trackers is that the page takes a lot of time to load. I don't know what causes this issue, but it's annoying.

 

Otherwise both coingecko and cmc are very useful tools.

One advantage for coingecko is that it has the calculator for how much are the entered coins worth and vice versa.

 

This way you don't have to open a calculator every time, and you can just fill the box and it will automatically calculate for you.

I can't agree more. There should be a cleanup on these indexes and remove 3-4 thousand useless projects that don't have any real volumes and noone cares about. Perhaps another index should be made that only lists valid projects and has higher standards. Now that I think of it, I might consider making one. Investors don't need shitcoins and stupid projects that are just cashgrabs. This is the reason they've abandoned us.

Coingecko surely. If you had asked the same question before April, maybe I would have gone for the other. I feel the credibility of CMC has been bought when CZ announced in April that they have acquired CoinMarketCap. So I just stick with coingecko from then as a better alternative.

Both coingecko and coinmarketcap are same and both of them are accurate. It can differentiate only by its features. There are interesting features of coingecko to watch all time high price directly. So, I would prefer coingecko.

If someone asked to me to choose one of these two sites then I will choose to coinjecko because so many ads on coinmarketcap sites also difficulties for new members to used it but on the other hand coinjecko is so simple to used it and got required information from searched on this sites.

I think both are good and we can benefit from it. You should add the option of "both" in order for the referendum to be more credible.

Actually coinmarketcap is a best and most used than coingecno, but for me my own I'm most interested with coingecno because I see it is usefully for me.

Well both are good platform for monitoring the coins and market but i am using coinmarketcap and i am pretty satisfied with the data available there so for me coinmarketcap is best option.

Both coinmarketcap and coingecko are best for crypto information but i prefer to use ckinmarketcap over coingecko. Because it is easy to use and gives more authentic information about crypto coins and exchanges. But it doesn't mean that coingecko give any wrong information.

 I have started with the CoinMarketCap, it was the key resource for that times when I came into crypto world. For the last period of time Coingecko became more popular then it was at the beginning. But for me I can not see too many differences, may be Coingecko shows a little more coins or tokens. But quantity is not the main preference for me. Of course they are both good for me, I like both their interface and trustful information. In my opinion it depends on what who used to what to use.

I have subscibe the coinmarket where they send me all new articles,where you can select specific category for update.I get mails of market updates and BTC news.This help me a lot i don't have to search for articles and can have them in my mailbox.So when i use them as refer i can share its source.

Yes my dear friend both coingecko and coinmarketcap are good in their business, but few little feature separate this websites like coingecko better to use and its interface also  good, I use both sites to search coins prices and details, but I don't think compare both sites is good.

I choose Coinmarketcap because I first discovered this more than coingecko. 

I'm already satisfied on their services and how it works that's why I don't want to try other sites or apps.
