We get paid by knowledge. This knowledge will help us grow and learn. Through this knowledge, we can share this too to share it to others to teach it too. Its like a cycle, we learn, we share, we paid. If you can't learn, you can't share and they don't gonna pay you.

I agree with you ,we can earn only when we give some our opinion about any topic. So we can earn by learning such as we can ask about which wallet is usefull and how much price is increase next days. But we can earn more if we make a new post which give knowledge to other . Means we are teachibg and earning.  So make good and earn good.

Well, I got your point, but really it difficult to choose yes or no, because looking that we all join here not knowing anything about cryptotalk, then we learn and then we teach too, though we are paid for posting and not reading, still I think that learning is is actually what qualifies us to get paid, because without the knowledge we can't post. I think we are paid for teaching. Because as you said we can read all the posts all over the day and won't be paid if we don't make a post. First we learn in the first 100 posts and those 100 post are not paid that is why I believe that we are just paid for teachings. And if we teach then the learnings automatically comes to us.

You have shared an amazing point of view. I never thought of it before but I quite agree with you. In this forum we have to get knowledged and then share it with others in order to get paid. It's just like a teacher who share their knowledge to get their income. Same like a teacher we have to do quality work that results in our good fame and then we get more profit.
