Digibyte Founder Exits Crypto

Jared Tate is a famous figure in the cryptocurrency world. He is the creator of Digibyte, one of the early cryptocurrencies that was founded in 2014. He was also famous for the incident and tweet-fight between him and Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao during a 2018 mini-debate about listing Digibyte on Binance. 

 

While Digibyte is overperforming, achieving an astronomical 900% rise in price terms from the recent dip that happened during March, Jared Tate decided to step down from his close association with Digibyte, while accusing the community of excess greed and caring only for short term profits, along with making a point on certain whales that profit at the expense of strategic long-term investors and about centralization of the cryptocurrency industry. 

 

In the past he had again accused the cryptocurrency industry of corruption and greed, especially the big exchanges and "crypto tycoons".

It seems that we might not be hearing from Jared Tate again, although he stated that he will still support Digibyte but not as as the person in charge, allowing Digibyte to become more autonomous in the future.

I don't know if you are talking about that tweet in which he accused Binance of trying to take advantage of an attempt to place the coin on Binance and describing it as a cheap way and by trying to exaction as I remember. He also posted these tweets on Twitter.

I might take another look at digibyte now. I was little worried how the negotiations were focused around him. Even though the currency itself should be decentralized and if i have understood correctly they didn't have ico or anything like that.

if i remember correctly, after the Halving i remember reading that Digibyte became more profitable to mine than Bitcoin, so we could see even more growths for it

I wonder to read this report that Jared Tate made an exit from the crypto world. He accused the cryptocurrency industry of corruption and greed, especially the big exchanges. In this scenario, we can guess, he has badly got negative impressions from some reputed top classed exchanges.

I didn't hear any news regarding it on twitter or YouTube , I also have a good amount of digibyte in my wallet , if your news is right then I think there is better chance that its price again start dumping .

I have never heard of this news before, and I have not used this currency in advance, but it seems that it has its own reasons for describing these people as greed, and perhaps the reason for this is that its currency did not achieve its primary goal and was not successful.

I think that the world of cryptocurrencies, like the world of fiat money, is molded through greed, whether it is from the system or whether it is decentralized or extra-financial, which is why these types of wells and problems arise with managers of large exchanges.

Yes I think that this is not great and unfortunate because I do not really expect that they will exit in cryptocurrencies and I think that it is bad because their price is low and they ranked bottom in the coin rankings and I think that it is really strange

And what will happen to Digibyte now that its founder has stepped down from his current post? Will its price crash after mooning just because of this event?

 

If it does then he might be justified after all for calling some people 'greedy' for seeing the value of coins only just for gaining profits and not for any potential applications it can bring. Which most of us are probably guilty of BTW.

 

At least he didn't fully pulled off from the crypto community. Maybe he can spend even more time bashing others err, I mean giving more helpful comments on Twitter now.

I believe Tate's statement. If the price does crash, it is probably just a case of people panicking and starting to sell off their DGB holdings over a negative news. This typically always happens.

 

And thanks for the links BTW. Tate's remarks are a sober reminder for a beginner like me about appreciating the real purpose of cryptocurrencies.

This type of news will want to make someone like me lose believe in the credibility and the so called decentralisation in cryptocurrency industry. It is stated there, Satoshi said a "system of payment where two parties can transact without a 3rd party", that's decentralisation we are loosing. As for CMC, I lost interest in them the moment I heard it has been acquired by Binance.

Yes I think tsht you are right and I think tsht it quits in bitcoin because they want to earn to themselves and I think that it is not great because people are gonna earn so much money and I think tsht is the reason the he quits

I know digibyte coin very well but I can't any investment are try to earn this coin, its really good decentralized currency but I don't no the news where the CEO of this coin want to leave crypto currency, because binance exchange not listed this coin in their exchange and not growth this coin couple of years, its not good impact in crypto investors, because this type news down the digibyte prices,

He already said that this is due to human greed, as stated in the article link given by @BTC Future . If there is any more serious reason other than that, he probably does not want to disclose it as of this moment.

I have already read many comment about this Digibyte coin in many forums and social media, but I think this coin is not listed in many top website exchanges, so is this coin deserve to be trusted and to be the good future coin?...

If we look from the different view then digibyte founder was right. I don't know more but I am expressing my thought if the cryptocurrency industry of corruption were true, we don't know anything behind the coin only we know is their price, volume traded and total coins.
