Good advice, one thing I would like to add is to not link your phone number to your email if you are a mobile user. There is a scam called simcard swap, if your email and other website logins are not tied to your phone number, you are safe from this scam.

i would summarize the whole thing with just one rule

- do not trust anyone that ask you money online (or offline, i mean scammers are everywhere and not only online)

and that's it, you will never be scammed

At least offline you you have the authorities to give you justice, but online scammers are invincible, more threatening.
