Its not that prohibited or bad to share this forum to your friends or family but just as you said they want to earn in this crypto you must know the rules of it when your creating an account you must not share any wifi because your account will be ban by not following the rules. You can refer your friends and family but don't forget that not all of the people are believer of cryptoworld that's why expect that there's some people will not believe you.

Of course you can do this, but you should be careful about the multiplicity of accounts for your family where you should never use the same IP, the same internet i mean .
It must be used other networks are not similar in IP.

It is a good one because you are just promoting the forum by making it more popular and I don't think it is prohibited to invite people to the forum but make sure you don't use thesame wifi because your IP address will be thesame and the admin might think you have multiple accounts which can definitely lead both of the accounts to get banned, also make sure they learn more about Cryptocurrency and the forum before they start posting.

Recommend cryptotalk forum to our family members friends its not prohibited, but create multiple accounts and try to use our family members name to registered in this forum its prohibited, and use same WiFi also not allowed, its dangerous to our accounts, and your main intense only invite then its really useful for this forum.

Yes its not a bad thing but when it comes to family be careful so you dont use the same laptops or computers or even your phone because it might be perceived you are using this site with many profiles and that is a scam and its prohibited you can invite as many people as possible , we need them to drive the price token up.
