You have point out the right information about how we can be patience in worst situation but truly no point work when you done any mistake and i believe no one able to control Their patience but the limit is different to each people.. If you are a gambler you will be understand about patience when you lost your money.. Well I knew about gambling and I always take a trial but fail. I stop gambling because I couldn't make it successful. That doesn't mean I loose hope or determination but I give it time so that I study it in detail and practice more Patient to be successful next time I plays it.

Yes i prefer keeping patience while investing and in also in trading but we should also Keep in mind that long patience is sometime causing loss so we have to take care of that too. And i also prefer doing mediation at morning time so that we could be calm in worst situation too.
