There are several ways to do it, first you can bookmark the link for that particular topic, or you can take note of the topic or post and search it in the search box later when you want to refer back to it.

You can bookmark every post you want on your browser but the problems there is some posts are moved to other session and if you log t the link you save you cant find it and you should search it mandatory in search bar

we really don't need this feature since you save what you want with 2 different options

- manually, you copy-paste the post on Word for example and you save there

-by saving the post link, you can find this link above the post, near the "report post" there is a button "share this post". you click here and the post link will apper
