С этой целью были созданы под-управления, каждое из которых отвечает за определенную деятельность, например ведение wiki или продвижение на конкретном языке.Если каждая активность во Free TON проходит через голосование, в чем заключаются функции под-управления? Чтобы создать под-управление, его инициаторы подают заявку в главное управление на форуме Free TON, в случае поддержки сообщества и одобрения в ходе голосования под-управление получает свои полномочия и бюджет.В дальнейшем под-управление может уже само проводить голосования и определять бюджеты для своих инициатив. Таким образом часть полномочий переходит к под-управлению, чтобы больше людей могли заниматься продвижением проекта в разных сферах.Каков процесс запуска под-управления? На начальном этапе для запуска требуется поддержка и интерес сообщества. После успешного голосования под-управление начинает деятельность по запуску инициатив, оговоренных в изначальной заявке.Одним из первых запускается конкурс на вступление в Жюри, чтобы расширить состав голосующих по заявкам и тем самым снизить риск централизованного контроля.Чем отличаются под-управления друг от друга? Они как-то связаны между собой? У каждого под-управления есть Initial Members (изначальные участники), именно они создают и подают заявку на создание и становятся первыми членами Жюри в этом под-управлении. Они же запускают и проводят первые конкурсы. С расширением состава участников еще больше инициатив будет запускаться и проводится независимо друг от друга.Напрямую под-управления между собой не связаны и из-за этого могут дублировать функции, которые есть у других под-управлений. Однако у разных под-управлений могут быть одни и те же участники или даже Initial Members.Все под-управления подотчетны сообществу и главному управлению.
