Всем привет ) Такой не очень приятный момент, у меня был старый аккаунт пробита ( года 3 назад под всякие дропы регал ) И вот решил зайти и посмотреть, стал ли я миллионером, но... При попытке входа, пароль не совпал, решил восстановить через почту и, меня перенаправляет на"тикет" в поддержку, где в последующем у меня запрашивают полную верификацию. Не понимаю причину принудительной верификации и прошу друга восстановить свой аккаунт (тоже старый и тоже +-3 года лежал) Так у него никакого "тикета" не было и он за 1 минуту без проблем с помощью почты восстановил пароль. Какой странный момент, что мой аккаунт с балансом - обязательно пройти полную верификацию, а аналогичный аккаунт, только без баланса - никаких ограничений по восстановлению ) Возможно, кто-то уже сталкивался с подобной ситуацией ))
