  1. I definetly agree with this point. It started happening when the payments changed, but is still current to this time. A lot of low quality accounts can be seen in various topics and they can be seen as a spam account.
  2. Will BTC be used as a compensation for the delay? How will it work, will the payments be split into BTC and TALK then?
  3. I believe when the community grows big enough, it could be able to sell Pi at a reasonable price, but 1$ is the current price that is tradeable in small groups. When it becomes a full market, I agree it can change a lot as the current supply is very high.
  4. That is good to see, as I noticed of LINK being so successful in the price. I hope you have good earnings with this coin, as I'm also interested in getting deeper into it, but never actually did yet. ETH 2.0 is for sure, going to be very profitable as well. Good luck!
  5. Hm, that's surprising. I haven't ever received such a scam message directly on this forum. It however happens on different platforms, usually it consists of fake wallet updates, or fake wallets itself. You should always only download or update the wallets from the official website.
  6. Here I rather prefer doing long or mid term investments, as it doesn't require too much activity and isn't that risky if you choose the coin right. When I find the coin fluctuating, I add up some short terms to the process.
  7. I didn't ever face connection issues while using Cryptotalk. The only issue I know about is when you're trying to make actions on here while using a phone. It gives you an error as a security protection and you must enable the option to view the site as a computer - or use the forum from a computer. Let me know if this issue stops.
  8. Good explanation, I hope it made this system clear to everyone who reads this. There have been many members that didn't know about the differences between rating and reputation and your topic made it explained.
  9. I also do scammed often from less known Airdrops or bounties and it's sad to see. I also noticed the recent airdrops tend to steal personal information or unfairly gain social media followers before getting paid from the Airdrop - and you usually don't even get paid. As of now there's not that many legitimate Airdrops, but if there already are, they're very trusted and used.
  10. The current leaderboards of this forums are sorted descendingly based on the amounts of your posts, your reputation points in total, reputation points gained during a day and similar. The leaderboard is accessible here: https://cryptotalk.org/leaderboard/ You can get to the top of the leaderboard if you get the most of the points needed for the leaderboard you're aiming for.
  11. It's important to keep in mind that YoBit is not a real wallet and only works as a crypto exchange. A true cryptocurrency wallet gives you the ability to fully control your address and funds, while YoBit wants you to deposit to THEIR address and lets you withdraw from THEIR address. In your own wallet, it all works for your own controllable address you randomly generate.
  12. Originally faucets were made as a tool to promote cryptocurrencies by giving small amounts of them away for free, but nowadays the faucet industry changed its way a lot. Today faucets are usually made for highly known coins, but give absurdly small amounts of coins per claim, such as 0.001$ worth of Bitcoin, and still contain many ads. The faucet owner is capable of earning 0.05$ from ads per an user claiming, but only gives you a tenth of a penny for example. The owners profit from it the most.
  13. I suggest you to check the available exchanges for SCC on coingecko: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/stakecube You can also see the price, charts and info there. I suppose you're already familiar with coingecko, so I don't have to explain the purpose of it.
  14. My guesses are that as there's an insane amount of people wanting to cash out as soon as they're able to, it would as well give us an opportunity to get advantage of the dump by buying at a very low price, there for sure must be some attention from investors once the market opens. Since it's free to collect the pi coins and it's not time taking, why not try.
  15. It's going to be released on the Phase 3 and then you will be able to sell or buy Pi. However, if you proceed with verification you can already trade with Pi on the marketplace - only early pioneers can join the group but can sell Pi at high prices. You can buy goods and services using Pi on the market. The biggest purchase so far has been a 1800$ laptop for 1800 Pi, which is 1$ per Pi.
  16. I must say the apps as Electroneum or Pi are designed to be a form of airdrops, because the process is only called mining, but the app rewards you even while the app is closed and not running. This is the point of phone mining, it's true that real PoW mining might not be that profitable, but PoS is energy and resource efficient and I don't see a problem with it. It's only not worth it, there are already hosting providers that keep the node up for you. Thank you for adding this good info. I gave you +5 for your efforts friend. Many people here seem to not understand the concepts of Pi or Electroneum - the apps only work like airdrops and do not do real mining. They however call it mining and that is why I wanted to create this topic to show people it is possible. Pi currently doesn't have a real value as it isn't tradeable, but since it's free to get, we can wait until the Phrase 3 and then try to trade with the coins. This investment reminds me about our TALK tokens!
  17. Yes, it works the exact same way on Discord. Discord offers so-called "servers" that can contain multiple text/voice channels with different names and purposes, which lets you split topics (raining, general chat, announcements), etc. There are community developed bots that can interact with commands and allow you to have a crypto wallet inside of Discord. You can use the invite link I provided to create an account and join our server (group) to collect the cryptocurrencies we're giving away. I'm not currently that active on there like before, but we do rain a lot of AllSafe.
  18. I don't get it, are you saying that you were paid for 20 posts after the week of posting even though you had negative rating for the post, or the day itself? As explained I'm sure you get paid for the rating on the individual posts, not the whole days. There's a limit of 50 reputations you can give out every day. It won't let you exceed this limit and when it pops up this error, you will know that you already gave out all of them for this day. Then your post payments for the day are doubled. @Desais Should this be put in the FAQ?
  19. As I already told to magd, this project has been there since 2018 and SCC is a real decentralized coin. It's possible that Stakecube will get hacked one day, but that doesn't mean you can't trade with SCC on different exchanges.
  20. It's true that airdrops or bounties can be profitable if you find the right project you're going to work in. You must only focus on the legitimate bounties that could be paying and avoid the scams, which you can do by only gathering them from trusted places like crypto forums. Good luck!
  21. It's not likely to happen but if it's the right exchange, they could retrieve your balance in case of a stolen exchange account. However, if the attacker withdraws your coins then it's probably lost forever for you. It's still not recommended to leave any coins for a long time on an exchange.
  22. I've never used VeChain so it's not a loss for me, but it really is unfortunate to get any losses especially in the crypto space, you know it's all decentralized and no one can prevent a transaction from being made or revert it, unless you'd hack the whole network itself.
  23. If you would've searched for some information about it, and optionally at least checked the websites and links about this coin, you would see that StakeCube has been operational since 2018 and their coin is trusted and fully decentralized and is not going to "disappear" any time soon.
