yes multiple account having same ip can get banned, one of my friend faced that problem, better to use single account from one ip address.

i dont have good idea about it, its difficult at first but patience is the key.

it's just a waste of time, never thought of mining in cloud. It has activated some scams offering non-existent production facilities and exploiting interest in BTC.
