Yes you can only use two languages, those are English and Russian, and any other language break the rules of the forum and you might have a warning or a ban

I generally go for the topics and read the content carefully, if it it good, useful I'll comment. There are so many posts, even though there are many comments but I find difficulty to find comments that are really useful and fulfils the demand of the question/topic
