It totally depends on your wallet is legit or not. If your wallet Isn't legit and if you give all information then it may the cause for steal all of your information. Everybody should be concern about this. Otherwise we may be scammed

Sometimes they offer us a huge amount or they tell us their sad story and tell us to help them. Some newbies are caught by them and loss everything. We should be more and more Careful about them

Most of the countries don’t accept any digital currency specially bitcoin as their regular currency because Govt think that it is illegal and in future it may the cause for violence. And there is also no control at digital currency that's why govt try to avoid it. But a few countries use digital currency as their payment method.

Yes i also follow this system. For buying and selling crypto currency, we must be Careful about the market price. Some newbies Are scared to see the price at low range. But in future it will be decreasing because crypto currency haven’t any control of human. So, we should be careful about buy & sell

But i Don't know about any physical land property offers using crypto currency as payment method or not. But you can convert your crypto currency at your local cash and then buy land properties or any other which is your wish.

In my opinion i think you should use coinbase wallet for transaction because it contains less transaction fees and so fast transaction time. It is a safe wallet too. You can use binance too. It is a great and big wallet. In Trust wallet you may be in trouble because the fee for ltc, btc is so high. So i don't recommend it
