Most users are scare to bublish new content claiming that there should be similar content exist already, especially new users. My opinion is if there is a search engine that can pop up the the existing one if the topic similar with the existing ones.

I don't encounter such issue because i can write post or topic when i realise a mistake i always got them edited without any problem but i don't think it from management you people having that problems
