I don't believe that one can actually earn a tangible amount of cryptocurrency from faucet until am proven otherwise. So I don't see how I would even register a faucet with KYC in the first place, to me that's a wrong move.

If you would ask me I would say that there is no better for the the rising of an alternative coin as the crypto market can only be annalysed and cannot be predicted.so there is no better time for an altcoins.

You are enormously right, but the goods are not been priced in bitcoin, they will be priced in dollars, and afterward the buck will be converted into Satoshi and the cost will be efficient at every moment.
